M-Gewindemutter für Luft- und Raumfahrtteile

Die Kugelumlaufspindel der FXM-Serie ist eine Vierkantmutter mit Einzelmutter. Die Vierkantmutter selbst dient als Gehäuse. Normalerweise werden Kugelumlaufspindeln mit geringem Axialspiel verwendet. Übergroße Kugeln ermöglichen jedoch eine leichte Vorspannung und eliminieren das Spiel (nur Präzisionsausführung).

Dies ermöglicht ein kompakteres Design im Vergleich zum Flanschtyp.

Unsere FXM-Serie (Präzisions-Kugelumlaufspindel mit quadratischer Einzelmutter) besteht aus dem Schraubenschaftmaterial S55C (Induktionshärtung), dem Muttermaterial SCM415H (Aufkohlen und Härten), die Oberflächenhärte des Kugelumlaufspindelteils beträgt HRC58 oder höher.
